Don't wish to continue to blow my own trumpet (!), but for those of you
interested in accessing nutrition and food science journals on-line, the
Arbor Nutrition Guide contains the definitive list. There are currently
over 60 such journals listed, described and with links (plus a further
couple of dozen which have web sites but no content available on-line).
