Scholarship for summer programs for obese children and teenagaers

I work with homeless and very low income families in New York City. 
Many of the children are obese and could benefit from any preventive
health program.  In addition, a structured day program or a sleep away
program could be beneficial.  I know of camps which charge $3000-$4000. 
Does anyone know of camps or day programs which cost less or offer
scholarhsips?
