Hi Sharon,

My name is Michelle Boyer.  I'm a senior at Fresno State University in
the Dietetics program.  I work for a company called Dietary Directions,
Inc.  The president, Pat Rusch has written some great books.  One of the
is called "Diet Manual for Long Term and Intermediate Care Facilities". 
The manual is very useful.  It covers Modifications of the regular diet,
clear liquid diet, full liquid diet, 2000-2500 milligram sodium diet ,
low-lactose diet,  this just names a few of the diets.  We just sold 400
