I just received the 2-page document:  "Update for Implementation Guide: 
Nutrition During Pregnancy and Lactation".  The original "Impementation Guide"
was published by the Institute of Medicine, National Academy Press in 1992. The
Update, June 1998, was produced by the National Center for Education in Maternal
and Child Health (NCEMCH) with funding from the Maternal and Child Health
Bureau.
