Sheryl Lee, M.P.H., R.D., is retiring from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) after  27 years of helping to foster good nutrition among Arizona's residents. Please join to congratulate her on her public health accomplishments both at the state and national level.  

The ADHS Office of Nutrition Services invites you to mark your calendar for September 10th for a retirement celebration for Sheryl Lee.  The event is scheduled from 2 -4 p.m. in Conference Rooms A & B of the State Health Building at 1740 West Adams in Phoenix, AZ 85007.

A Memory Book is being compiled to give to Sheryl Lee on September 10th.  Please send any letters,  pictures, sayings, quotations, notes, *remember when* stories by September 8th to:
