Hi Sharon!  I recommend contacting EDAP or Eating Disorders Awareness and 
Prevention in Seattle, Washington.  They are an advocacy group and are 
presently working on a project with high school students.  They should be 
able to advise you on how to best present the information for the 9-10 
year old age group.  They can be reached at (206) 382-3587.  There are 
chapters around the country also.
