     NUTRITIONIST - Entry-level position to assist in the development of 
     data collection instruments and procedures manuals; training of 
     dietary data collectors and coders; supervising of dietary coders; and 
     implementation of quality control procedures.  A strong commitment to 
     quality, good communication skills, and an interest in research 
     methods are essential.  A Bachelors degree in nutrition is required.  
     Familiarity with dietary assessment and dietary databases preferred.
