I went to Oprah's web site and saw that she has a new personal chef named
Art. He
seems to have a heavy hand on calorie dense foods such as butter and white
flour - far different from what Rosie used to use. Of course there are only
about 15 recipes for the "healthy" barbecue so that might not provide the
whole picture. For
example, he has biscuits that use white flour and butter. The potato salad
uses mayonnaise and eggs. The root beef float is lowfat but not low in sugar
- it specifies adding chocolate syrup and using frozen yogurt along with
diet soda. The chicken burger contains white and dark meat chicken, bread
crumbs and an egg and he recommends serving it on biscuits. The lemonade
calls for 3/4 cup sugar but does tell that you can use Nutrasweet. The
grilled shrimp and arugula salad uses 2 tablespoons of olive oil.... you get
