Hi Carol,

A couple of things. If you just downloaded RealPlayer2 go out of the page
and then come back and click on the "Click here to view the Archived version
in RealPlayer2." Sometimes that will do the trick.

If you are not sure RealPlayer2 is actually installed, check your programs
to see if it has been added.  If not, download it again.

If you are not running Win 95, the file may need to be executed. That is, go
to the file where RealPlayer2 is found and if it has an "exe" extension at
the end double click on it. 

Also try RealPlayer2 help section. And anyone in your office who has
successfully downloaded the program.

And lastly send a message to CNPP at  cnpp-web at www.usda.gov 
and ask for help.
