Clients won't do their food/exercise journals?

Hello colleagues,

I know I am not the only one who has experienced this frustration, which is
why I wanted to share a great little twist that a colleague has produced.
Bonnie Beardsley, who some of you may know from these listserves, has
developed the FasTracker, which puts the cumbersome food and exercise
journals into a checkbook-like format, complete with plastic cover. She had
sent one to me for preview, and in two separate places (the post office and
the bagel store), without my even saying a word, someone asked about it and
wanted to know how to order it. Now THAT's an improvement over the excuses
we get for why the record keeping can't be done! :-)

When I saw it, I had one of those, "Of course, why didn't someone do this
before now?" moments, and wanted to share information for those of you who
may be interested.

If you would like more information, it can be found at Bonnie's website,
http://www.FasTrackerBTM.com.
