Bob:

Although there may be a number of benefits from organic produce, I am
not aware of any research showing that organic produce is
nutritionally supperior to non-organic. And raw vegetables are not
necessarily "better" for you ---- the lycopene in tomatoes, for
example, seems to be better absorbed AFTER heat processing!
