Different reason to unsubscribe

I get two of every single message from this listserv. It is so annoying
that I want to unsubscribe for that reason. Sometimes I get even more than
two.

Subject: Staying on the listserv

Colleagues,

This has been a wonderful and helpful listserve for a long time, and I
recognize the names of some of you who are considering leaving as being
active and valuable participants. I do hope you will reconsider and help us
stay together as a mutually supportive community. I deal with emails that I
find unsuitable by deleting them as soon as I get the gist that they don't
serve my needs. Another approach might be not to feed into certain
discussions. At any rate, I hope to hear more good things from all of you in

the future.

Hang in there please,
