school nutrition policy

Can anyone recommend a text book for graduate nutrition students in a
research course.  The students are interested in all aspects of nutrition
research from clinical to community interventions.  If anyone knows of a
text with basic research information that can be applied to the nutrition
field, I'd appreciate it.
