"Stir it Up" is a video by the National Film Board (Canada) about community
kitchen movement. Most Health units seem to have resource materials for
starting a community (collective ) kitchen.  Here we also have a coordinator of
community kitchens who has managed to get about 10 going in a small  (50,000)
city.
