Colleagues, I would like to find out if you have any advice on good =
books or resources on nutrition counseling (even continuing education =
courses/seminars) that would be appropriate for designing an =
undergraduate nutrition counseling course. Also, if you have used =
successfully or participated in simulated experiences or other =
counseling application approaches, I would be very interested to hear =
