Calling all Success Stories!

The Dietary Guidelines Alliance wants YOUŠto share your success stories,
best practices and comments regarding the "It's All About You!" Campaign to
promote the Dietary Guidelines.  Many of you have received the IAAY Tool Kit
and may have responded back to us with the initial evaluation form.
NowŠwe're taking our evaluation one step further to get those "real-life"
strategies and triumphs concerning the use of the Tool Kit in practice.
Please share comments/case studies on how/where you use the kit (media,
groups, etc.).  Your stories and comments will be considered as part of the
presentation of the "It's All About You!" Campaign at the National Nutrition
Summit May 30th and 31st.  Please forward this valuable (and "not-so-top
