Favorite cookbooks: (1) Pillsbury Cookbook, old and new editions (its in a
3-ring binder and easy to use and it has nutrient analysis for each recipe).
The recipes are basic but great. (2) Joy of Cooking, the second to the last
edition. I use it often, my children grew up using it. It is very
educational as well as practical.
Favorite food site: Better Homes and Garden (www.bhglive.com). the recipe
sections are great.
