Has anyone done any work surrounding the nutritional quality of food
purchased by the food banks? I am hoping to gather information that we
can
use to develop nutrition standards and guidelines for NY that move our
food
banks away from heavy animal protein/fat laden diet towards a plant
based
diet, purchasing foods from the more wholesome side of our food systems.
