Fairsaid, Joanne, fairsaid!

One critic unofficially told me, "Yeah, eat a lot of meat, enjoy ketosis
breath, then later die of colon cancer."

Postpone judgement on this one. While the Adkins Center may have presented
information about their study at a medical conference, please remember that
their research study has not stood the rigors of publishing in a respected
peer reviewed journal. Until then, I reserve my opinion about the efficacy
of the Adkins diet and for what populations.
