APHA Call for Abstracts--Deadline for submission is quickly approaching
The American Public Health Association announces the Call for Abstracts for
the 2000 Annual Meeting which will be held November 12-16 in Boston,
Massachusetts.
All abstracts must be submitted via the internet. An easy to use on-line
form walks you through the process step-by-step. The site is now open. You
can link to the abstract submission form through the APHA website
(www.apha.org) or can access it directly at http://www.confex.com/oasys.htm
* no paper forms to fill out
* no need to copy of paste your abstract into a box on a paper form
* no need to embed formating codes in your text
* use your word processor to include all scientific characters and symbols
you need
* tables and figures are supported
* ability to view your abstract and make changes and corrections up until
the deadline date
* immediate, printable confirmation of receipt including control number
* e-mail confirmation of submission
The deadlines for submission of abstracts range from February 1 to 5, 2000
(depending on what Section/SPIG or Caucus you submit to). After midnight on
the 5th abstracts will no longer be accepted. Don't delay, submit your
abstract today.
