Correction to web address for submission of abstracts to APHA

Please note that the correct address for accessing the on-line abstract
submission web site for the American Public Health Association's Annual
Meeting is as follows: http://apha.confex.com/

You can also link to the site through the APHA homepage:
http://www.apha.org/

The deadlines for submission of abstracts range from February 1 to 5, 2000
(depending on what Section/SPIG or Caucus you submit to).  After midnight on
the 5th abstracts will no longer be accepted.
