Hi to all:

2 years ago, I asked this listserv for suggestions for our clip art
collection, HealthClips. I am proud to say it is finally ready. To say
thank you for all your great suggestions, I have placed a few free sample
images on our site. To access these, go to
http://www.foodandhealth.com/clipart.htm. The link for the free samples is
at the bottom of the page.

Since so many asked me when it would be ready, I am posting a press release
below to give you more information. If you have questions, please feel free
to email me privately at judy at foodandhealth.com - if you try to hit the
reply button you will send a message to the entire listserv.

(WESTON, Florida) March 14, 2000 - Food & Health Communications, Inc. has
announced that HealthClips, a collection of 477 professional images of
healthy food, is now ready. This collection is designed for food and
nutrition professionals who are tired of trying to find attractive,
professional images of healthy food. It is the work of several professional
artists and has taken over 2 years to create.

Images are attractive and easy to use for PC and Mac users. Clip art is
black and white and designed to look good on handouts that have to be
copied. Use them in newsletters, handouts, overheads, PowerPoint shows,
websites and more. Photos are high quality, clear and attractive. They are
in jpeg format so they are great for web use and for PowerPoint shows.

Here are a few topics:
Fruits and Vegetables - designed to be accurate and easy to identify
Fruit and Vegetable Cartoons - fun and lively for all audiences
Beans - different types of beans and other bean shots
Whole Grains - great for most health messages
Fiber - different designs for pages that need to emphasize fiber

Kitchen Utensils - great for most pages on recipes or cooking tips
Herbs and Spices - fun to use on recipes and cooking tips or even
low-sodium messages; also includes a few medicinal herbs
Healthy Dishes - salads, pasta, snacks, baked potato and many others
