Hi Everyone!

For an upcoming issue of FOOD REFLECTIONS e-newsletter
(http://www.ianr.unl.edu/ianr/lanco/family/FoodTalk.htm), a colleague and I
are writing an article on the advantages of healthy eating to help prevent
disease.

What POINTS, STRATEGIES, METAPHORS, etc. have you found most POWERFUL in
helping persuade people to PRO-ACTIVELY eat a healthy diet . . . rather
than try to patch themselves with pills or surgery AFTER they develop a
diet-related disease.

Please send responses to me at ahennema at unlnotes.unl.edu -- I'll cut, paste
and post back to the listserv in about a week. I'll include everyone's
e-mail address, signature, etc. if members of the listserv want to
correspond directly with someone submitting an idea(s).

Thank you in advance for your suggestions! Once the article is completed,
I'll let you know when it's on my Web-site -- probably in a few months. As
with all FOOD REFLECTIONS articles, you're welcome to use/adapt for your
own educational programming.
