I have conducted research studies with predominately (not exclusively)
low-income (also, not exclusively) African-Americans around fruit and
vegetable consumption (fruit and veg. frequency), shopping patterns
(including at farmers' markets that my group helps run) and nutrition
education. I'd be glad to share my methodology and results.
