Hi 
I am a RD in Northern NJ conducting a program /study to increase the 
consumption of fruits and vegetables for Afro-Americans.  Has any one heard 
of any one else doing such a study?  I would like to talk to them regarding 
their research design, clinical data that they collected, time before they 
noticed change and any resources/suggestions.
