Subject: RESOURCE: Eating together as a family

Hi Everyone,

The University of Nebraska Cooperative Extension sponsors "NU for Families"
every November. This year a major theme is: "Start a Tradition: Eat with
Your Family Tonight."

If you're promoting a similar theme or would like to, our October/November
FOOD REFLECTIONS e-mail newsletter topic this month is: "Family Meals
Nourish Body And Soul." Read it online at:
http://www.ianr.unl.edu/ianr/lanco/family/fto-n00.htm

As always, you're welcome to use FOOD REFLECTIONS material in your own
educational programming! We're delighted whenever we hear you're able to
use one of our articles and help spread the word about healthy eating!

The gray box at end of the newsletter gives citation suggestions, how to
subscribe for free e-mail delivery, etc.

Alice
