memorial service for the husband of Ellen Harris, Assistant Director 
for Nutrition Monitoring, Beltsville Human Nutrition Research 
Center. -- Celia

There will be a celebration of life memorial service for Gary Harris, 
husband of Dr. Ellen Harris, on Monday, October 16, 2000 at the 
Rankin Memorial Chapel on the main campus of Howard University. 
The service will begin at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions in memory of 
Mr. Harris be made to the:

Directions to Howard University:


>From the Beltway Take I-95 to I-495 to Georgia Avenue (Silver 

Spring).  Follow Georgia Avenue to Howard Place (approximately 7 
miles).  Turn left onto the Howard campus.  Rankin Chapel is the 
1st building inside the main gate on the right.

OR

Take Baltimore Avenue (U.S. Route 1).  This becomes Rhode 
Island Avenue once you cross into the District.  Follow Rhode 
Island Avenue to Florida Avenue.  Make a right turn onto Florida 
and follow until you get to Georgia Avenue (approximately 3 blocks) 
and turn right.  Follow Georgia to Howard Place.  Rankin Chapel is 
the 1st building inside the main gate on the right.
