Friends:

Many people like EndNote as a citation manager to help them manage all
their references. It's easy to use and its simple to download citations
from PubMed right into EndNote. There are a number of really good
tutorials on the Web.

EndNote can be purchased for $239.95 if you download it from the Website:
http://www.endnote.com/

or $299.95 if you order it on CD.

Tutorials:

If you get stuck, talk to a medical librarian. Most of them know how to
operate this software. Me, I'm a ProCite user from way back.
