I just learned that "Self" magazine's (January 2001) panel of nutrition 
experts gave "Volumetrics" the highest combined score in their evaluation 
of 13 of America's most popular diet and weight management plans. 
Coincidentally, our January FOOD REFLECTIONS newsletter featured an 
extensive interview with Dr. Rolls, Guthrie Chair of Nutrition at Penn
