Your welcome. Pub med searches on the National Library Medicine web site
are easy to do.

A few additional resources

An article by Steinberger with two editorials on obesity in childhood and
insulin resistance in young adults in the J of Pediatrics 2001 Volume 138
pages 469, 453, and 474

The Pediatric Practice Group Newsletter Building Block for Life Vol. 23 NO
4 Spring 2000 was on type 2 diabetes in youth. This does contain some
treatment info.

The March 2000 Am J Clin Nutr has an interesting article by Lindquist et al
on diet and cardiovascular disease risk factors including type 2 diabetes.
