question - chol abbreviation

[Mary Waters]

Several people on the list have replied to my inquiry and said that chol in
this context (nutrition components) does stand for cholesterol. Something
new to add to your dictionary!

I have searched everywhere for the meaning of Chol and cannot find anything.

If you do find a meaning I would love to know.
