Colleagues,

In response to the posting below:
Linoleic is an omega-6 fatty acid, and while it does help clear
triglycerides from the bloodstream following meals (among other things), I
believe it is the omega 3 fats such as alpha linolenic acid, and the EPA and
DHA in fish fat that are most effective in reducing levels of total
cholesterol and LDL.
