Friends:

A colleague alerted me to this new Website: Children's Toolbox. It's
located at: http://www.ahrq.gov/chtoolbx/ . It's purpose is to "help State
and local policymakers and program directors and staff to answer these and
related questions about measuring health care performance in child health
programs. "These" questions being:

* How can you tell whether children are receiving quality health
care?

* How do you know when a health program is functioning effectively?

* Where can you find tools to help answer these questions?

* If the right tool is not available, how can you develop your
own?

Special Features includes:
Children with Special Health Care Needs
Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment

It would be nice to get some professional feedback about the usefulness of
this site. I can recommend sites based on my surface knowledge but you
all are the experts.
