Blindness nutrition resources and whole grains

Hi,

I am trying to locate nutrition materials that would be appropriate for 
educating people with blindness.  Also, I'm looking for up-to-date whole 
grain curricula and other whole grain materials appropriate for teaching 
limited resource audiences.  Does anyone have suggestions?  Thank you.
