Nutrition education for the elderly

Hi Dr. White
I train home health aides and have been doing so for 2 plus years.  There 
isn't much out there (in one place that is).  Most of the inforamtion I have 
developed my self.  There are two books that have been helpful: 1- Providing 
Home Care- Hartman publishing inc. 2-The New Home Health Aide by Medcom 
Trainex. The other resources that I have used are from pharmecuetical 
companies (diabetes educaiton) and National Dairy council (DASH diet).  The 
last but good resource has been our State Department of Health and Senior 
Services.
