Debra, Here are some books which contain process evaluation
chapters. They all cover a little different perspective. A process
evaluation should consider 3 areas: 1) Target population: Was the target
population reached?, 2) Program attrition: What is the attrition rate and
what are predictors of attrition? 3) Program Delivery: Was the program
delivered as intended? If you have other questions about process
