FYI, two excellent resources:

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Maternal and Child
Health Bureau (MCHB) funded National Maternal and Child Oral Health Resource
Center  has developed two publications:  Women's Oral Health Resource Guide;
and the MCH Program Interchange: Focus on Oral Health Volume VI.

Each publication lists journal articles and materials such as reference
books, reports, surveys, manuals, guidelines, standards, and curricula
developed by federal, state and local agencies, professional associations
and organizations, and corporate programs.  

Single copies are free from the HRSA Information Center at 888-ASK-HRSA or
downloaded from the oral health resource cneter's Web site at
