Friends:
Sounds like a useful directory of funding sources.
Please share your resources with Jen Kauper-Brown (email address below). Shared information is often very valuable.

Subject: Directory of funding sources for CBPR - help make it complete!
*please excuse cross-postings
Dear colleague,
The Northwest Health Foundation and Community-Campus Partnerships for
Health are collaborating on a directory of U.S. funding sources for
community-based participatory research (CBPR). The first edition will be
distributed as a handout at the Foundation's June 28-30 conference in
Portland, OR, and subsequently made available online in pdf and searchable
database formats. (To learn more about the conference, visit www.nwhf.org)
You can help make the directory complete by sending us information about
funding sources that have supported any aspect of your CBPR work (e.g.,
planning, specific projects, core infrastructure, training). We have a
pretty good handle on federal funding sources for CBPR, so we are
especially interested in learning about state and local government,
foundation, corporate, and other sources. The more details you
can send the better - including contact information. We also welcome
your ideas and suggestions for ensuring the directory is a valuable and
utilized resource.
Please respond to Jen Kauper-Brown, CCPH program coordinator, at
jenbr at u.washington.edu. Jen can also answer any questions you may have.
We look forward to announcing the directory when it's available!
Thanks,
Sarena
