Good morning
I have a request for the list serve.

I would like to know if anyone has a Chinese translation of SCREEN, an
older adult nutritional risk assessment tool developed by Heather Keller
of the University of Guelph.

Also, I am looking for any printed health information in Chinese. The
information is required for older adults and meant to address common
nutritional risks of older adults such as unintended weight loss,
skipping meals, low calcium, fruit and vegetables and protein intake,
difficulty shopping for food or preparing meals, swallowing etc.
