[PHNUTR-L] Nutritional Analysis - Cost

The King County Board of Health has requested information on the cost of
having nutritional analysis completed for menu items for chain
restaurants.
The King County Board of Health will be considering policy on nutrition
menu labeling in the near future.  

We would appreciate your help by providing company names/contacts,
references with this information, 
or actual cost if you are involved in doing this work or contracting it
out.
