Please note that we are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the Department of Human Nutrition and Hospitality Management. Our department has two distinct but related programs in which we offer degrees at the bachelors and masters level in Human Nutrition and Restaurants, Hotels, and Meetings Management.  We also partner with the Department of Health Sciences to offer a PhD in Health Education/Promotion with an emphasis in Nutrition.  We are very interested in attracting a diverse pool of candidates.
