I wanted to offer it for free for people who work with volunteers and who have 
no budget because it is such an important lesson and we had a request for this 
from a reader who loves our work. It is not everything to know, but it is the 
important lessons in an easy to remember format for older people who do volunteer 
work. If you have a good show for this group I will add it to my page.
