Good News: APHA Abstract Submission deadline changed to Feb 7, 2000

Friends:

If you tried to submit an abstract to the APHA submission Website and
couldn't get in, take heart. I've just heard from APHA via a list I set up
for APHA program planners, that the site is open for you to submit
abstracts until Feb. 7 11:59pm.

The program planners listened to your complaints about not being able to
get to the site and asked APHA to extend the deadline. APHA staff agreed
to reopen the site for submission. So far 4500 abstracts have been
submitted, but we know that there are still more of you who want to
submit. We want you have the chance.

So, now's your opportunity. The APHA abstract submission page is:
