[Pine-info] .pinerc maintenance

Wishlist: it would be really useful if pine had the ability to edit a
.pinerc file entirely from the command line (ie from within a script),
such as the ability to perform all the functions of the setup screen.
While it does have the ability to change setup parameters for the current
session, there does not appear to be a way to save these changes in
.pinerc. Using pine 4.63.
