Well that is a simpler command for sure. I tried it. And if I don't want
to indent for binding purposes, and want to settle for the default
date and page format it works ok except for two things...
1) that I get a line at the top (above the top border) which prints as
"Printed by". I eliminate that by defining my own sheet header (-b TEXT)
or specifying NO sheet header (-B)...
2) the closest thing to a title I get in the page header is "stdin"
I was hoping that when you said (in your message to Bill),
=> (and message title and page numbers)
........^^^^^^^^^^^^^.................
You meant you had found a way to get pine to insert a message title
relevant to the message being printed... (sigh)

Well if its a simple thing...
If your print command is listed in the "Personally selected print command"
section of the [(M)ain]->[(S)etup]->[(P)rinters] screen then from that
screen simply arrow down until your print command is highlighted, then
press "S" to (S)elect it. In this case selecting a defined printer sets it
as default. Then just (E)xit the setup screen and do save the changes...
it should then be the default...
