yup, there are a few. a google search for "pine pgp" finds them:

personally, i'm fond of systems that use "identity-based encryption." in a
nutshell, this sidesteps the PKI problem - ie, how can you safely get your
friend's public PGP key so that you can send them encrypted email - by using
their *email address* as their public key. this means you can even send
encrypted email to people who haven't yet generated a keypair (!).

includes a pine plugin:
