Yeah, that's kinda-sorta the idea but we haven't had the resources to do a
bangup job of it. We're doing what we need to do for our separate pine
email clients but you'd still need to understand an awful lot to write
another client. But that's what we were aiming towards.

That sounds an awful lot like PC-Pine in the Windows world. We don't have
a Mac or unix equivalent, though.
