I'd shamelessly recommend saving yourself the trouble, and simply use the
prebuild binary rpm from rpm.livna.org.

Else, if you insist on building it yourself:
rpmbuild --rebuild \
http://rpm.livna.org/fedora/6/SRPMS/pine-4.64-3.lvn6.src.rpm
