[Pine-info] news is new when unread

There is only one permanent status bit for news: the data that is recorded
in the .newsrc file. Pine and Alpine implement this bit as "deleted"
status.
If you want to review deleted news postings, use the & (Unexclude) command
to make them become visible again. The postings aren't really deleted,
they simply become invisible to subsequent sessions.

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep deciding what to eat for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
