New DOCLINE is back; SERHOLD is real!

The Web DOCLINE system has returned and, with it, a SERHOLD file that is
real -- no longer practice.

You can now do your SERHOLD updates via the Web DOCLINE system.  This data
will carry over when the New DOCLINE system goes into production in
mid-July.

New DOCLINE is once again available.   

The SERHOLD database has been refreshed from the data in old SERHOLD.  SERHOLD data in new DOCLINE is now LIVE.   All changes will be retained.   All search and maintenance functions of SERHOLD are now production.   

The Holdings by Library report is not yet available, but any library anxious to get started with updating holdings may begin doing so immediately.

To repeat from yesterday's message:  
Remember that for routing, the SERHOLD data in new DOCLINE will only affect the routing of requests in new DOCLINE.   Current DOCLINE requests will continue to route according to the holdings in the old SERHOLD database.

The NLM system load test is still scheduled to take place the week of June 12-16.  The beta .08 release has been postponed until the week of June 19.
